Next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego is offering guests the opportunity to see something truly special. From July 8 through 10, artist Liza Lou and her crew will be on-location at MCASD's Downtown Campus installing Lou's piece, Color Field. From what I've read, it is a giant beaded, glittery, glimmering sculpture.
This is beyond cool, folks.
According to their website, the museum is still looking for people to join the installation team. For more information on this behind-the-scenes live installation head to MCASD's website here.
